Power Control Module Replacement

This procedure provides instruction to remove and replace the Power Control Module (IFTIntegrated Footplant Technology: IFT recognize this change in speed when your foot strikes the belt and adjust to match every stride, resulting in a smooth, fluid feel that enhances the workout experience. Procedure

Review entire procedure before starting

  1. Switch the input power OFF and remove power cord.
  2. Remove the front hood.
  3.   4. Remove the four screws that mount the power control module. Keep fasteners for installation.
  5. Set the replacement power control module in its mounting position.
  6. Install and tighten the four mounting screws.
  7. Reconnect the COMM, INCLINE, INPUT, DB and OUTPUT connectors. The mating connectors are keyed to insure proper contact pin alignment and fit.
  8. Reinstall the hood.
  9. Pug in the power cord and Switch the input power ON.
  10. Verify treadmill operation (see Operation Verification) and return to service.
